Regarding the BTUC and Government impasse over continuing furlough days.

Perhaps if Government workers higher on the pay scale continued to take the required furlough day each month, while the compulsory furlough days were waived for those workers lower on the pay scale — and so living on a tighter budget — a compromise might be reached to satisfy both sides?
