St Paul AME Hands of Faith Ministry, under the distinguished patronage of Mr and Mrs Philip Butterfield, will present a Valentine Awards Banquet. The event, in the church’s Centennial Hall, will celebrate couples who have performed distinguished community service. Entertainment will be from Elton Richardson and the Paradise Band. Tomorrow

Vernon Temple AME Church hosts its annual men’s day service with the theme, Taking The Church to the Next Level Through Unity. It will be based on a passage of scripture from Psalm 133:1-3. There will be three services — Brother Edward Woolridge leads one at 7am; Brother Lateef Trott at 10am and by Pastor Clarke Minors at 4pm. Lunch will be served for $15.

Monday
