Dear Editor,

Why not accord status to all PRCs, resident or not, and without all the paperwork.

Government has already subjected every PRC to copious investigation. Some will then likely return, which would provide relief for the economy.

Another boost for the economy would be to rent cars to visitors, provided they are licensed elsewhere.

This would entice seniors, who will not rent bikes. We could rent Smart Cars so they would be immediately visible to everyone.

Most importantly, status should be given to all who were disenfranchised in 1976 by a visiting British Official who decreed that only those who had voted in the previous election would be permitted to vote in the future.

It’s hard to believe that the UBP did not challenge this illegal proposal.
