Link Bermuda has apologised to customers who have experienced call drop-outs and busy signals on outgoing, long distance and roaming calls over the last few days.

The intermittent faults were traced back to transmission issues with an overseas service partner’s network which had an impact on some long distance calls in and out of the Island.

A Link Bermuda spokeswoman said that the long distance phone network has been stablaised and calls are now being routed as normal.
