‘Pest’ birds legislation is appalling

I could hardly believe the article on March 9 with the heading “Pest’ bird legislation passed”, referring to crows, starlings, kiskadees, house sparrows.

One of the wonderful things about Bermuda is the amount of bird life we have here and I get an enormous amount of pleasure watching sparrows, starlings, kiskadees (maybe not the crows) from my veranda.
