Work at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital on Monday will impact vehicular and foot traffic at the hospital campus. A hospital spokeswoman advised the public to use the main entrance in the Acute Care Wing (ACW) on Point Finger Road.

“Access to the entire hospital is possible through this entrance and volunteers will be on hand to direct, and where necessary, wheel people to their appointments,” she said.

“Anyone planning to access the building via the former Emergency Department entrance is advised that it will be completely blocked from 7.30am to 2pm as sensitive medical equipment is removed from the building.”
