“Ms Bademosi Wilson has gained experience in a wide range of disciplines in her chosen field in both the public and private sectors,” Dr Binns said.

“She brings to the important position of director of Communication and Information many years of learning and knowledge, and an impressive array of skills. We are delighted to welcome her to her new position.”

She earned her BA in communications at Kean University, New Jersey. She holds the Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute and is also a certified tourism ambassador.

DCI is responsible for developing public awareness of government activities, and also provides media, printing and public relations services to all government departments.
