Steven Spencer-Arscott has been appointed chief operating officer and director of client services of Total Marketing & Communications Ltd.

TMC managing director Graham Redford said: “Over the last year, TMC has grown to a point where we saw the need to add to our executive management team to better serve our clients.

“Steven has a great deal of experience in the marketing industry, both domestically and internationally, and his experience will bring immense benefits for all of our clients.”

Mr Spencer-Arscott said; “My career to date has encompassed many different facets of the marketing industry and I am looking forward to using my experience to help TMC’s clients to continue to grow.”

TMC’s clients include ACBDA, the company set up by Government to help run the America’s Cup sailing events through 2017.
