The Royal Gazette/BSX Index climbed 0.1 per cent in a week that shares of Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd gained almost 10 per cent.

The index climbed 1.59 points to close the week on 1,354.64.

BAS added 29 cents, or 9.6 per cent, on the trading of 100 shares.

Butterfield Bank, Ascendant Goup, KeyTech and Argus Group Holdings all saw trading activity, but each ended the week with their share prices unmoved.

BF&M Ltd gained five cents, or 0.3 per cent, to close on $17.75 as 500 of its shares traded.

Trading volume for the five days topped 128,300 shares, while turnover was more than $302,000.
