Wow, I would like to submit a heartfelt congratulations and well done to Mr Dexter Dillas (Chef works for free to prove his worth, April 17).

Now here is a fellow who used his time and efforts to produce opportunity, rather than wait for assistance.

I can only hope that he can stimulate the creative juices of other Bermudians.
