The former home of the Harrington Sound Post Office is being put up for sale, according to the Department of Public Lands.

In a statement this afternoon, a spokeswoman for the department said that the building will be put up for sale on Monday, along with an adjoining parcel of land.

“Conditional and or unconditional offers are invited for the whole to be submitted by noon on June 19,” the spokeswoman said. “The property lends itself to use in its current form or a redevelopment which utilises its planning zoning, views or nearness to the Harrington Sound and a busy thoroughfare.”

The property will be available for viewing on May 11 between 10.30am and 12.30pm, May 19 between 1.30pm and 3.30pm, May 27 between 10.30am and 12.30am, June 4 between 1.30pm and 3.30pm and June 12 between 10.30am and 12.30pm. For more details contact estates@gov.bm or 441-294-9191.
