XL Group’s Bermuda insurance arm will tomorrow host a discussion touching on international arbitration training event, featuring Gavin Kealey, QC.

Mr Kealey, head of chambers at 7 King’s Bench Walk and one of the UK’s top insurance QCs and arbitrators specialising in the Bermuda Form, will join Mina Matin, of Chadbourne & Parke LLP, to lead the discussion at O’Hara House.

They will address a variety of topics of particular interest to Bermuda insurers ranging from specific issues arising under the Bermuda Form to the practical considerations of choosing an arbitration panel and running an arbitration.

The Claims department of XL Insurance (Bermuda) Ltd is hosting the event, which is aimed at brokers, underwriters and claims professionals.

The session will run from 3pm to 4pm tomorrow and registration will start at 2.30pm.
