Ewing Street irritation

Dear Sir,

There has to be a logical reason why Ewing Street looks all insanely brick nowadays. Is it:

1) To irritate the local residents living in the peachy coloured apartments near the blue church, the yellow apartments at the top of the hill, and in the green apartments on opposite side?

2) To irritate the customers of the dog grooming business on the hill?

3) To irritate church people trying to find a parking spot for meetings?

4) To eventually block out Arnolds customers from just getting groceries?

5) All of the above?

I can’t think of a “real” logical reason for this change, can you?
