A Sandys man accused of unlawfully wounding another man was given bail in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Denzel Crockwell, 23, was charged with wounding Derek Vickers with the intent of doing him grievous bodily harm in Sandys on May 26.

Mr Crockwell was not required to enter a plea because the charge is indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted $10,000 bail with a like surety on the condition that Mr Crockwell have no contact with the alleged victim, surrender his travel documents and report to police three times a week.

Mr Tokunbo adjourned the matter to June 22 for mention.
