Security firm donates $2,500

Security Associates CEO Carlton Crockwell donates $2,500 to the Back to School Extravaganza event organised by Dwayne Caines and Wayne Caines (Photograph supplied)

A security firm has donated $2,500 to the annual Back to School Haircut Extravaganza.

Security Associates (SA) has extended its partnership with the organisers of the event, which is scheduled to be held on September 3 and will equip hundreds of school-aged young men with school supplies and haircuts.

“We know that security means more than locked doors — it means a secure, well-equipped community prepared to learn and grow,” SA CEO Carlton Crockwell said.

“That’s why SA has chosen to invest its funds in securing peace of mind for some of Bermuda’s youngest members.”

The security firm has been sponsoring the event since it was coordinated by brothers Dwayne Caines and Wayne Caines in 2013.
