Sunny outlook for holiday weekend

A lingering frontal system will bring a few showers for the first day of the Cup Match holiday, according to the Bermuda Weather Service.

However, the forecast remains a relatively sunny one for the long holiday weekend. Sporadic wet weather is expected for later in the day tomorrow, courtesy of the same weak front that doused the Island earlier this week.

A high pressure system is forecast to bring drier weather for Friday and Saturday, with a partly cloudy weekend expected.
