BA closes Friday first-class service

The British Airways flight coming to Bermuda tomorrow from Gatwick has had its first-class seating pushed back into the regular cabins, The Royal Gazette understands.

It closes a tough month for the airline’s service to the Island, which has been subject to repeated delays.

There was no word from British Airways as to the reason for the seating switch.

However, a spokeswoman for the company said: “We apologise to customers affected by the cabin change, but we have reaccommodated them into other cabins or on alternate dates.”
