The Bermuda Police Service are aware of a video clip circulating on social media purporting to show two persons engaging in sexual activity in public at Cup Match.

Police are looking into the matter and would ask anyone that can assist with the inquiry to contact Inspector Mark Clarke on 717-0282 or mclarke@bps.bm.

The public are reminded that offences under the Telecommunications Act are committed even when only sharing material such as this. Instead of passing on the material, the public are advised to delete it on receipt.
