A senior spa consultant from Bermuda has been featured in the industry magazine Pulse.

Dorota Wysocka Bradshaw is president of Smart Spa Solutions, which has offices in Bermuda and Poland. She has been invited to join Pulse’s panel of spa business experts, and is featured in the current edition in an article about visual merchandising for spa retail.

Mrs Bradshaw was also featured in an article on designing facial treatments for different skin types, which ran in the July edition of magazine.

Pulse is published ten times each year by the International Spa Association.

With previous spa experience with La Serena Spa, at The Reefs Resort and Club, in Southampton, and as a spa therapist at Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa, in Sandys, Mrs Bradshaw now runs her own company.

Smart Spa Solutions advises spa owners and management on business decisions to improve their operations. The company also assists with the setting up and opening of new spas, and helps spas with sourcing and procurement, staff training, recruitment, development and operating.
