Medical professionals will be handing out free advice at the Be Healthy Bermuda fair today.

The event at the Women’s Resource Centre, on Point Finger Road, will include free blood pressure screenings and healthy snacks and giveaways.

Dinamarie Garcia-Banigan of the Lahey Hospital will speak on keeping bones strong, Rebecca Lang of Lahey Hospital will talk about keeping breasts healthy, while Amani Flood of Northshore Medical and Aesthetic Centre and Laura Dowling of the Association in Integrated Health will give advice on protecting our bodies from preventable disease.

The event is from 10am until 1pm.
