KeyTech will hold a special meeting for shareholders on Tuesday, October 20 to vote on a deal with US firm Atlantic Tele-Network (ATN) which would see ATN take a majority share in the Bermuda company.

ATN would give KeyTech its existing shareholding in wireless services provider CellOne and $42 million in cash, and would take a majority 51 per cent share of KeyTech.

The transaction would mean KeyTech combining with wireless services firm CellOne, joining its network with Logic’s CableVision brand for broadband, internet, phone and video services.
