Bermudian Corinne Hewson has joined the commercial and business law firm of Bennett Jones (Bermuda) as senior associate and corporate team leader.

With over 13 years of corporate transaction legal experience, Ms Hewson’s practice concentrates on the corporate, regulatory and transaction aspects of financial services, private equity, and the insurance sector.

A statement from the firm said: “Ms Hewson has particular expertise and experience in multi-jurisdictional corporate restructuring, capitalisation and corporate financing, insurance-linked securities, as well as securitisation and derivative transactions.”
