Family members of veterans have been advised by the Cabinet Office that they will be able to take part in the Remembrance Day parade.

A series of guidelines for those veterans and family members who are eligible to participate has been provided by the Royal Bermuda Regiment.

Families of deceased, or infirm and unable to march veterans, can be represented by a single family member on parade and march in a separate contingent to the actual veterans.

Additionally, eligible veterans or family representatives include all those in receipt of an operational service medal issued by the Queen or Allied Country.

The event to commemorate those who fell in the two World Wars and other campaigns of Allied Forces will take place on Wednesday and will start at 10.30am at the Cenotaph in Hamilton?. The public is encouraged to attend and show their support for those who served in the two World Wars.
