Well, we always know school is back in from the amount of traffic in the morning travelling from the West End into Hamilton. May I suggest, on school days, that Harbour Road be made one-way?

The lane on the right must always allow traffic from side entrances to enter their lane. Just during the morning rush hours. Because, as you will notice, there is hardly any traffic during that time that uses that lane.

They can therefore use Middle Road and, if need be, circle back to Harbour Road if their destination is on Harbour Road.

It is a routine people will have to get used to, but I think we should give it a try.
