Harrington Sound Primary has been collecting trash for Keep Bermuda Beautiful for the past five years.

We selected several local areas and every term we go out to clean up Shelly Bay, John Smith’s Bay and the Harrington Sound dock.

There seems to have been more trash around this year — a lot more candy wrappers and lots of bottles. People seem to be too lazy to go to the trash can.

I think all schools should have a team of students like our school. We spend our lunchtime collecting trash and going around making sure our school looks the best.
