The Royal Bermuda Regiment is holding an enlistment event for prospective soldiers tonight.

The gathering is mainly for volunteers, but anyone whose name has come up in ballot and has yet to attend is required to appear.

Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel Michael Foster-Brown said the event was open to anyone curious about life in the Island’s armed force.

Those wishing to enlist will fill in their documents, take a medical exam, and get sworn in to the RBR. The event at Warwick Camp begins at 6pm, but alternatives are available for volunteers, who should contact the Regiment on 238-1045.
