St Mary’s Church Christmas fair at the church hall on Middle Road in Warwick from 10am until 4pm. There will be baked goods, raffles, plant stalls, children’s games and a fun castle on offer. Other attractions include a books and handicrafts sale and refreshments, with entertainment starting at 11.30am.

Wednesday (November 25)

Church of God Glory Temple, Southside, St David’s, will host, It’s Revival Time in the East. Russell Tomilson will speak tonight and tomorrow night at 7.30pm.

Thursday (November 26)

Chapel-of-Ease Guild will hold its annual Thanksgiving supper at St David’s Hall, Chapel-of-Ease Road from 5pm to 8pm. The cost for adults is $20; children are $10. Takeout is also available.

Bright Temple AME Church will host a Thanksgiving takeout from noon until 6pm. The cost is $20. For more information call 236-0364.

Friday, December 4

Evangelical Church will be having a Ladies’ Christmas Tea Event from 7pm until 9pm. There will be a variety of desserts, tea and coffee as well as a special message by the Pastor’s wife, Patti Fischer. Tickets are $15.

Saturday, December 5

Vernon Temple AME Church’s Sarah Allen Missionary Society will host the Somerset Brigade Band Christmas Concert, also featuring performer Malinda Jennings, at 7.30pm. St James Parish Church, in partnership with St Michael’s Chapel, will be holding a Christmas Fair from 10am until 4pm at Sandys Rectory Grounds (near to Somerset Bridge). They will have the Somerset Brigade Band, Christmas raffle, crafts, vegetable and plant sale, Bingo and baked goods on offer.

Marsden First United Methodist Church presents Lift Him up with Joy, a gospel concert beginning at 7pm. Marsden’s Praise Team and Combined Choir, Toni Robinson and Paul Smith are among the performers. Emcees will be Nikita Robinson and Leroy Simmons. The First Church of God Music and Performing Arts Ministry presents Return of the Wiseguys, an evening of Christmas music, poetry, dance, sign language interpretation and drama. The event will take place in the Chapel of the Anointing at 6.30pm. A free-will offering will be taken.

Thursday, December 10

Grace Methodist Church will host a Christmas concert with various musical performances starting at 7.30pm. There will be no charge, however a free-will offering will be taken. The church is located at 28 Spring Hill in Warwick.
