Three men were arrested last night in connection with a “disturbance” outside a residence Quarry Road, Hamilton Parish earlier in the day.

Police said four men had appeared at the home at about 6.45pm, apparently armed with machetes and bats, seeking an unknown male.

The men had left in a car by the time police arrived. There were no injuries in connection with the incident.
