Digicel Business has retained its Cisco Gold Certification, which is the highest level of partner certification from multinational technology company.

It is the only business solutions provider in Bermuda with the gold certification.

The news affirms Digicel Business as the most certified telecommunications provider in Bermuda, according to Niall Clyne, chief technology officer.

Digicel Business has been a Cisco Partner for more than ten years.

To achieve a gold certification, Digicel Business had to meet Cisco’s standards in terms of networking competency, support, service, and customer satisfaction.

The company said it had met requirements and achieved Cisco advanced specialisations in enterprise networks architecture, security architecture, collaboration architecture, data centre architecture, and service provider architecture. It has also integrated Cisco Hybrid IT, the resale of cloud and managed services, into its offerings.
