Three stocks ended the week lower as The Royal GazetteBSX Index closed down 80.21 points (6.55 per cent) at 1,223.25.

Bank of Butterfield shares were 18 cents down (9.2 per cent) at $1.77 after 18,439 were traded, while the bank’s preference shares were $15 lower (1.3 per cent) at $1,115, after ten traded hands.

Argus group shares were four cents down (1 per cent) at $4 after 64,100 were exchanged.

The BSX Insurance Index also ended the week marginally down at 1,602.01, a fall of 7.69 points (0.48 per cent).
