A Sandys teenager has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a fellow student.

Magistrates’ Court heard this morning that the incident allegedly took place in Sandys on Thursday.

Neither the defendant nor the victim can be named for legal reasons.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted $5,000 bail with a like surety on the condition that the defendant have no contact with the victim.

A trial date was set for March 24.
