Bermuda eighth in Surinam
Bermuda finished eighth at the FIBA AmeriCup 2021 Caribbean Pre-Qualifier in Surinam at the weekend.
They lost both of their classification games, 57-47 to Montserrat on Saturday and 76-62 to St Vincent on Friday.
Bermuda lost their final group B game 96-60 to Haiti on Thursday. Coach Gavin MacKenzie’s side won one of their three group games, a 72-56 triumph over Montserrat, having already lost 91-78 to Antigua and Barbuda and 87-78 to Barbados.
