The Royal Gazette/BSX Index today closed down 0.69 points, or 0.06 per cent, at 1,154.20.

A total of 65,000 shares in the Bank of Butterfield traded, leaving its price unchanged at $1.62.

Telecoms firm KeyTech was down 5 cents, or 2.5 per cent, at $1.95 after 44,000 shares moved.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 8.75 points, or 0.52 per cent, at 1,678.59.
