The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was unchanged at 2,201.09.

On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were up 28 cents, or 0.74 per cent, at $37.99.

The BSX Insurance Index was 11.94 points lower, or 0.64 per cent down, at 1,839.23.
