Shares of Butterfield Bank remained at $46 after 1,798 were traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the bank’s shares were down $1.10, or 2.35 per cent, at $47.50.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was unchanged at 2,584.24, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 8.8 points, or 0.47 per cent, at 1,873.69.
