The Belco owner’s share price remained on $17 as 2,103 shares changed hands.

Butterfield Bank’s US-listed shares fell 27 cents, or 0.82 per cent, to close on $32.66 on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed unchanged on 2,076.92.

The BSX Insurance Index fell 11.42 points, or 0.76 per cent, to close on 1,485.65.
