Shares of BF&M Ltd fell by $1, or 6.3 per cent, to $14.85 after 8,300 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

HSBC Holdings was up 30 cents, or $3.55, at $8.75 after 65,736 were exchanged.

Meanwhile, on the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were down 41 cents, or 1.01 per cent, at $40.06.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was down 7.65 points, or 0.32 per cent, at 2,401.92, while the BSX Insurance Index was up 7.32 points, or 0.47 per cent, at 1,561.
