No shares traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, as The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed unchanged on 1,799.35.The US-listed shares of Butterfield Bank endured a torrid day, falling $3.39, or 15.66 per cent, to close on $18.26 on the New York Stock Exchange, amid another violent slump on Wall Street. Butterfield last traded at $24 on the BSX.The BSX Insurance Index fared little better, plummeting 192.06 points, or 14.15 per cent, to close on 1,165.63.Meanwhile, Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd revealed that it requested, and received, permission from the BSX to extend the deadline for filing its six-month interim financial report from December 31, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
