One key is identifying what you are really good at and developing that skill to a level that makes your services essential for someone else. This past week in our business we have had an individual installing and training on new equipment and software. Their extensive experience and knowledge (developed since they were 13 years old) is a wonderful demonstration of this concept; their knowledge ensures not only great results but an example for all to follow. So this week take the time to figure out what that skill is for you — then take action to develop it to the greatest extent you can!
