A health and fitness centre has recruited a new Pilates instructor.

Horizon Health, based in Hamilton’s Reid Street, has signed up Noelle Lorentz Redfern as the third Pilates expert to join the company.

Caroline Tee, owner of Horizon Health, said: “Noelle offers a fun approach to working with clients at the studio.

“We have been rapidly growing the studio over the last 12 months and I am very happy that Noelle has joined us here.

“Not all teachers are the same and here at Horizon Health each one offers a different approach to the client yet offers a high standard of expertise.

“It is about results and the Horizon Health team collectively gives our clients extremely good results.”

Pilates is corrective movement to improve posture, range of motion and improve sports performance.
