One Communications Ltd has announced a dividend of 8 cents per share.

The telecommunications group said in a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange that the dividend will be payable on May 15 to shareholders of record on April 30. Frank Amaral, the One’s CEO, said: “Since the 2016 transaction, the company has invested over $90 million in its networks, and has greatly improved the suite of services we offer.

“As a result, we continue to see positive results and are pleased to return to more regular dividend payments.”

One’s previous dividend payout was 4 cents per share in October last year. One’s shares last traded at $3.47 on the BSX.
