Man charged with receiving stolen goods

A 21-year-old St George’s man charged with dishonestly receiving $22,000 worth of stolen goods was granted bail in Magistrates’ Court this morning.

Bryce Daniels allegedly received the stolen jewellery in St George’s on June 20.

Mr Daniels was not required to enter a plea because the charge is indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted $10,000 bail with a like surety on the condition that he reports to police three times a week.

The matter was adjourned to the September 1 arraignment session.
