A 42-year-old man was charged in Magistrates’ Court today with intent to do bodily harm to a woman.

Ivan Trott, from Paget, is alleged to have committed the offence at a house in Warwick on Tuesday.

The offence is indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court.

The case was adjourned until the October 1 sitting of the Supreme Court and the defendant was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
