A 43-year-old man denied a sex assault charge at Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

It is alleged the man sexually assaulted a woman in St George’s on July 5 last year.

The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was released on $2,000 bail and adjourned the case until February 19.

He was also ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
