Man denies intruding on woman’s privacy
A 40-year-old man has denied intruding on a woman’s privacy in her own home.
The Devonshire man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, formally pleaded not guilty in Supreme Court on Tuesday.
The incident is alleged to have happened in St George’s on May 1.
Puisne Judge Shade Subair Williams released the defendant on $2,500 bail.
He is expected to return to the courts next month for trial.
