Local umpires make mark in Belize

Local umpires Roger Dill, Craig Brangman, Oscar Andrade and James McKirdy recently officiated in the sixth Central American Cricket Championships hosted by the Belize Cricket Association.

Ten teams took part, including a mixture of national teams and invitees, with two grounds used, Lord’s Bank and Bermudian Landing. MCC beat Panama in the final. Also competing were Belize A, Belize B, Aruba, Andean Masters (combined Columbia and Chile), Mexico, Costa Rica, Hollywood Golden Oldies Cricket Club and Central American All-Stars.
