Delray Rawlins scored 20 and 19 in Sussex’s heavy defeat to Kent in the Bob Willis Trophy at the Spitfire Ground in Canterbury today.The Bermuda all-rounder, batting at No 6, was unable to build on promising starts as his side lost by an innings and 25 runs on the third day of the four-day match.Rawlins finished with figures of nought for 73 off his 18 overs of slow left-arm during Kent’s innings in which they amassed 530 for the loss of one wicket.Sussex, third in their regionalised group with a win and a defeat, are at home to Essex in their next game of the competition on Friday.
