‘Dead body’ confirmed as missing Daniels

Foul play suspected: Jevon Daniels has been declared as the man whose body was found over the weekend
Jevon Daniels, 35, officially missing since May 19, was identified over the weekend as the man whose body was found on Friday in Sandys.
His body was discovered in an area of bushes adjoining Ireland Rangers Field on Ireland Island.
An investigation is being headed by Acting Detective Inspector Jason Smith of the Serious Crime Unit.
According to a spokesman, police are “of the firm belief that there are individuals in the community that have information that may assist”.
“Police are continuing to appeal to anyone who may have information regarding this incident to call the Serious Crime Unit on 247-1285 or the confidential Crime Stoppers hotline on 800-8477.”
