Gunshots were reported in the area of Court Street last night, according to police.

Officers launched an investigation into the incident, which happened near to the junction with Elliot Street at 8.30pm. There were no reported injuries.

It is the second reported firearm incident in a week, after a gun was discharged in the area of St Monica’s Road and Mission Lane, in Pembroke, on Tuesday night.
