A young motorcyclist was injured in a crash in Hamilton yesterday.

The female teenager was taken by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital after the incident on Par-la-Ville Road at about 1.30pm.

She appeared hurt but was conscious as she was treated by paramedics at the scene. No other vehicles appeared to be damaged.
